How refunds and cancellations work for what we sell through ymdmedia.co. Prices are in US dollars.
Digital products
Downloads are delivered to your account as soon as payment clears. Because a file can't be returned, digital sales are final, except when a file is faulty, missing or not as described: write to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
Services, retainers and workshops
Scheduled work, deposits, retainers and workshops follow the cancellation terms in the proposal or booking confirmation we agree with you. If plans change, tell us as soon as you can.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@ymdmedia.co with the email you paid with and the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
