For enterprise
For enterprise.
The premise
YMD partners with mission-driven enterprises defining, innovating, or expanding their niche, with brand strategy, identity systems, and content operations built for teams that move on principle.
You're in the right place if...
You're at an inflection point: new leadership, new market, new product, new positioning
Your team has clarity internally but the outside world still sees the old version
You need senior strategic thinking, not agency-scale volume production
You want a small, senior team in every meeting, not a rotating account roster
You'd rather compress decisions than drift through them

How engagements typically work
Most enterprise work opens with a compressed strategy phase of three to five weeks: interviews, positioning, and a direction the leadership team signs off on before anything gets designed.
Build follows over roughly two to three months, covering identity system, key applications, and the operating guidelines your team will run on.
From there some clients keep us on a light ongoing basis for campaign direction and content operations, usually a fixed monthly scope rather than an open retainer.
Questions
Straight answers
Who actually does the work?
The people in the room. Engagements are led by our founder with a small production team, so you're not handed to a junior account layer after the pitch.
How do you fit alongside an in-house marketing team?
Usually as the strategy and direction layer. We set positioning and the system, then equip your team to produce against it, stepping in for the launches that need senior direction.
What does 'mission-driven' mean for who you take on?
We work with companies whose growth is tied to something beyond margin. If the brief is volume content with no point of view, we're not the right fit.
Can you move faster than a traditional agency?
Yes, because there are fewer people between the decision and the work. The strategy phase is deliberately compressed to force decisions instead of extending discovery.
Do you sign NDAs and work pre-announcement?
Regularly. Confidential work stays out of the portfolio until you clear it, and some of it never appears at all.
